Annual Dianthus is the cousin to perennial Carnations and Cottage Pinks (see the resemblance?) They grow in compact mounds covered in slightly fragrant, disk-like flowers in shades of red, pink, white and bicolor. So cheerful! Blooms all summer long. Great in the border or containers. 6-12" tall and wide.
