Description

One of the longest blooming daffodils, Narcissus 'Pipit' is a sweetly fragrant Jonquil Daffodil bearing two to three flowers per stem and multiple stems per bulb. Incredibly floriferous! The flowers, 3" across, open entirely lemon-yellow at first. But wait! This is when the magic begins! As each flower matures, the wavy cup gradually fades to white, echoed by a white "halo" its base. A striking inverse of another of our offerings, Narcissus 'Golden Echo.' Blooming in mid-spring for up to 5 weeks, 'Pipit' is a wonderful, perky daffodil that will help to awaken your spring garden with its bright lemon-meringue countenance. Recipient of the prestigious Award of Garden Merit by the RHS. Easy to grow and long-lived, daffodils are one of the most deer, rodent and rabbit resistant bulbs you can plant. May 14-16" in height 10 bulbs per bag
