Description

A slightly taller, multi-flowering version of the original Yellow Hoop Petticoat, N. bulbocodium conspicuus, the charming Golden Bells is deep golden-yellow and quite floriferous. The small yellow petals with their large golden yellow trumpets and long, thin green leaves make this flower bulb very special. Once established, each bulb can produce up to 15 flowers for masses of buttercup yellow color. Their dwarf size and narrow leaf blades make 'Golden Bells' ideal for naturalizing in lawns and meadows. They are also perfect for naturalizing in rock gardens or low borders. Also great to grow in pots or containers. In the fall, apply a 2" layer of mulch after the surface of the ground has frozen as protection from arctic temperature spikes. April 6" to 8" 10 bulbs per bag
