Description
Opening soft yellow with crimson-red flames, Grand Perfection matures to ivory-white with flamboyant ruby-red flames; this healthy bloom was bred to resemble the Rembrandt Tulip of the 17th-century. This eye-catching Triumph tulip has a regal presence in the garden and is spectacular in a cut arrangement. Registered in 1999, it received the award of garden merit by the Royal Horticultural Society.
Tulips perform best when planted in full sun in easy-to-work, well-drained soils. Deadhead only, allow foliage to die back naturally while next year's bloom is being developed.
