Olin Lathrop is an electrical engineer by day, but is also interested in nature and preserving our natural environment. He was on the Groton Trails Committee for nine years, was instrumental in starting Groton’s Invasive Species Committee in 2015 and has been a member since, and has been on the Conservation Commission since 2016. Olin became a licensed pesticide applicator in 2017 so he could treat invasive species as a volunteer for the Town of Groton.
