Plant Swap

The Lancaster Garden Club is sponsoring a Plant Swap this year for members only; there will not be a plant sale. It will be on the green by the firepit at the First Church of Lancaster.

• You may bring as many plants as you wish to donate for the swap
• All plants MUST be labeled with what it is; please be sure to include the variety, if applicable, so people know what they are picking. Provide any helpful tips to help folks like full sun, likes wet feet, space requirements, etc.
•  All plants must arrive by 10am
• Indoor and outdoor plants are welcome
• Based on the number of members who show, we will determine the rounds. For example, if 30 people show, each person will pick a number 1 through 5 out of a hat. All 1s will pick their plant. Then all 2s. Then all 3s and so on until all 5s have picked a plant. If plants remain, then there will be a round 2. All 1s will pick, then all 2s, etc. If plants remain then there will be a round 3. The above cycle will continue until all plants are gone or no one wants anymore.
• If you brought plants which were not picked you must bring those back home with you.
